My real estate career began in 2003 with Prudential. Since I was chosen Rookie of the Year in 2003, I have succeeded in making our office's Top 10 in multiple years. In 2009 I made the move to the Tampa area and was so impressed with The Duncan Duo that I switched companies. The Duncan Duo opened their own brokerage called RE/MAX Dynamic in 2011 and I'm looking forward to watching us grow the company.
I graduated college in 1996 with 2 degrees - Accounting and Hospitality & Restaurant Administration along with a minor in Spanish. My first career out of college was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which has given me quite the edge in understanding the complex nature of the real estate market.
For most people, real estate is their biggest investment and I take that very seriously by staying educated and using that knowledge to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible!
Designations
• CRS - Certified Residential Specialist – highest professional designation awarded to realtors in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4% of all realtors hold this.
• GRI – Graduate of the Realtor Institute – a series of 5 courses on Professionalism, Marketing, Systems for Success, Financing & Negotiation. Approximately 19% of realtors earn this designation.
• ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative – benchmark of excellence in buyer representative. It involves production & education requirements.
• e-Pro – extremely knowledgeable with today’s technology.
